  • All orders must be prepaid.

    Transactions are processed through PayPal. All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal are accepted. 
  • Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes delivery confirmation and are insured for the retail value.

    Shipping costs for international orders will be determined on an individual basis. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and any other additional fees. 
  • Returns are not permitted unless items arrive damaged and are reported within 10 days of delivery, in which case a replacement will be provided. Please contact REDSTAR ink before returning any merchandise.
